Our Features:

Large online presents, we use two syndication services to market our properties.

Tenant Portal, our website allows our tenants to pay online, set up auto pay, check online balances, file maintenance requests and more.

We have an Owner portal which will allow property owners to login and check the status of your properties to see up do date rent collections and property expenses as well as any move out notices.

We offer direct depositing of owner funds for quicker turn around, no more waiting on your money.  Our single unit owners receive their funds the 10th of the same month it was collected and multi-unit/ larger complexes are by the 5th of the following month.

We only charge a percentage of what we collect, if we don't collect we don't get paid and I feel that is the way it should be. 

We have an attorney that handles all our evictions and legal notices in a very fast manor when we need one.

We offer a full time office staff and 24 hour maintenance staff.
